You agree to submit any identification documents requested by winbkx within the time frame specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a restriction on withdrawals or account suspension.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbkx account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
3.2 winbkx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify winbkx support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 You agree to use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if prompted or recommended to do so by the Platform, and to keep your registered phone number and email address current to facilitate account recovery.
3.4 winbkx may, at its discretion, lock or suspend your account if suspicious activity or unauthorised access is detected, pending investigation and verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winbkx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at winbkx's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All account balances and transactions on the winbkx Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and any applicable transaction limits, are set out in the Platform's Cashier section and may be amended by winbkx at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. winbkx will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. winbkx reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing a withdrawal.
4.5 Player Funds. All player funds deposited with winbkx are held in accounts segregated from winbkx operational funds. This segregation is a protection measure and does not constitute a guarantee against all potential losses.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winbkx reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform.
5.1 winbkx may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and validity period.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to the Player's account as bonus credit, which must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
5.3 winbkx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or other fraudulent means will be voided and the relevant account may be suspended.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Players must opt in to applicable promotions before qualifying activity is undertaken — retroactive bonus claims are not permitted.

10.3 winbkx's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
11.1 winbkx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms have been breached, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon account closure for any reason, winbkx will endeavour to return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting winbkx support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
